Galaxy's Notice of Intent Mediation Program!
Galaxy Mediation & Legal Solutions has launched its “NOI Mediation Program” which is designed to offer a more efficient and effective path for insurers in responding to the Notice of Intent to Initiate Litigation. The program encourages all parties – insurers, policyholders, and their representatives – to step back from the “lines drawn in the sand” that arise when an NOI is filed in a claim dispute – and to engage in a meaningful effort to resolve the dispute with neutral mediators that have extensive litigation experience in first party property claims.
In order to qualify for the NOI Program rate, the mediation must be booked under the NOI Program and the NOI must be provided to Galaxy Mediation & Legal Solutions PA in advance of the scheduled mediation.
The applicable fee charge will be $500 for up to a maximum of a three (3) hour mediation.
