Robert Groelle has been licensed to practice law since 1989, and has spent more than 35 years as an active litigation and trial attorney, and is licensed in Florida, Texas and Massachusetts. Robert retired from active litigation practice to found Galaxy Mediation, and utilize his acquired legal skills to assist litigants in resolving litigation. With decades of litigation and trial experience, and overseeing litigation as managing partner in a multi-office law firm for 24 years, he is uniquely qualified to effectively serve as a Florida Circuit Civil Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator. The broad spectrum of his litigation and trial experience, ranging from insurance coverage and property damage disputes to construction defect and design disputes, and from personal injury to wrongful death claims, including navigating complex and challenging disputes in litigation; have instilled in him an ability to see and understand both sides of any dispute and bring a thoughtful, strategic approach to the mediation process. Those same attributes have honed his evidentiary skills and bring a substantial benefit to both mediation and arbitration proceedings.

Mr. Groelle is on the approved list of Qualified Arbitrators for the 15th Judicial Circuit for 2025, and is available to mediate claims or conduct arbitrations virtually throughout the State of Florida.
